The Sales Enablement Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible to drive commercial strategy and execution for the pre-analytics product group of our Portfolio, which aims to deliver revenue and market share gains.

This position is part of the Leica Biosystems commercial team that operates within Benelux, Nordics and Eastern Europe markets, and will be within a hybrid workplace frame.

You will be a part of the Northern Eastern Europe SU team and report to the Commercial Director, responsible to own and lead LBS regional activity to win business from existing, new and competitor accounts; actively lead the region’s strategy implementation in the field; provide leadership and co-ordination of key internal and external sales processes within the regional Pre Analytics business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on, using a very broad skill set which demonstrates commercial acumen, ability to identify and manage risks/liabilities, effective communication of proposed solutions, collaborate and coordinate with all commercial stakeholders (i.e. internal and external), track and report account profitability.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Own the development and definition of the regional Pre Analytics business strategy

  • Collaborate directly with the Regional Sales Team and Partners to execute this strategy, by enhancing value solutions aligning to customer needs/objectives, achieving sales growth, aiming to outperform the market, driving unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals

  • Provide coaching and training to the associates on effective sales strategies and skills for the Pre Analytics product lines, continually developing knowledge of products, market and industry trends, competition and customer for new business development

  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships in the regions, focusing on establishing centers of excellence and reference sites for the Pre analytics portfolio

  • Support account managers and Partners to ensure focus on funnel management and monitoring the sales cycle for Pre Analytics business portfolio

  • Implement KPI’s for measuring business success in line with strategic goals of the business for the year and longer term

  • Collaborate on evaluation and deployment of workflow solutions within the range of LBS complete portfolio

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Preferable 3 years of working in relevant commercial roles

  • Anatomical Pathology, Healthcare and/or IVDR business frame

  • Work in cross functional and regional teams
