The IT Support Engineer CRM for Leica Biosystems is responsible for supporting the salesforce community of 1950 + users. This role will be the primary production support person for Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service for the North America Region and be the team specialty for support in CPQ and Sales.

This position is part of the ONEIT Organization primarily responsible for North America, fully remote but working the North America time zone hours. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Support role for the North America user w/ specialty for the team in global sales/cpq

  • First Responder for all requests/incidents for Salesforce Service Working all tickets within our service level agreement.Prompt and professional response to all customer; striving for quality, quick and efficient response

  • Critical thinker on issues and analyst to identify fix root cause

  • Enforce team work by following/support all standard work processes

  • Escalate w/ Support analysis and Collaborate with the Development team

The essential requirements of the job include​:

  • Salesforce Certified Admin

  • Experience with SAP and Knowledge of Informatica integration tool or comparable mapping tool.

  • Foundational understanding of SAP: customer and product master data, pricing and order management is strongly preferred.
