• Perform daily Logistics requirements activities to support Japan Revenue Sales and Service order fulfillment.

• Work closely with Global Team (Global Planners/Regional DC) in ensuring executing of Global Inventory Strategies and optimization of inventory in respective DC.

• Utilize Problem Solving Skill/Process and require relevant stake holders support to improve or resolve any potential challenge/issues.

• Liaise with global/regional team to ensure timely resolution to a situation/customer feedback

• Liaise with Global Trade Compliance Office for any Japan Trade Compliance related practices/request

• Contribute cost efficiency actions/projects as a part of SCIEX Global Transport and Logistics team

• Support with cross functional team to achieve On-Time-Delivery KPI target

• Support to cross functional team to ensure optimal Freight and Warehouse spending budget

• Liaise with team to engage for career development. Support associates training plan and/or projects.

• Liaise with team to drive improvement projects which are related to operations/fulfillment/inventory functions.

• Actively engage Global Operations initiatives developed when required.

• Responsible for Japan Import/Export management.

• Ensure escalation contact point for other functions related to Japan Sales and Service supply and logistics enquiries or request.

• Coordinate necessary support to ensure On-Time Deliveries and Inventory KPI target are met.

• Coordinate with Japan DC daily management to ensure its service level.

• Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned.
