This position is a field service technician for installation, service and support ofFOBAcustomers in Mexico, partly hotline support, occasional international travel.

Under direction of the Service Manager, this individual will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of the Foba laser marking systems in the field. The tasks may include application setup and customer training and partly support of the customers by phone and remote access.

QUALIFICATIONS * Dominant technical analytical skills * Professional usage of wiring diagrams and schematics * Affinity to graphical user interfaces programming and machine controls * Customer oriented * Communication skills Travel requirements * Typically 80-90% travel Mo-Fri * International travels 1-2 per year
