The Opportunity:

USP Technologies is seeking a full-time Water Treatment Project Manager to join our team! While this exciting opportunity is a remote/work-from-home position, the successful incumbent can expect national travel to various customer locations up to twelve (12) times per year.

What Will I Be Doing?

Working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), the Project Manager is a dynamic, customer-facing role that is essential to USP Technologies’ Industrial/Commercial business. High level, you will be responsible for delivering engineered solutions excellence for water treatment projects to our customers. You will own and facilitate all aspects of project delivery (scope, schedule, cost) while working closely with cross-functional departments, using your mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge to define customer requirements and ensure the solution is delivered to the agreed specification, on time and on budget.

When traveling to customer offices or sites as required to support installations, service, and business development, all travel expenses are covered by the company. Averaging once-per-month air travel, you can anticipate overnight stays at company-approved hotels - employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!

What Qualifications Do I Need?

• You have working knowledge of mechanical process equipment (i.e., pumps, valves, pipes, tanks) and process controls (i.e., industrial PLCs/SCADA) – we especially want to hear from you if you have any prior Mitsubishi or Semaphore PLC experience!

• You have previous project management experience (field-based preferred).

• You possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the willingness to travel.

  What Will Make Me Stand Out?

• Your educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, or Applied Science.

• You possess a PMP Certificate.

• You are self-directed, organized, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple conflicting demands and priorities.

• You have experience in the field of water treatment or working knowledge of municipal and industrial water treatment industries.

The annual salary for this role is $95,000 to $100,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
