What you’ll do
Leads the Wing-to-Wing strategy, design, development and deployment of technical solutions that have significant strategic, long-term impact on the business and achieve competitive advantage for the company.
Establishes, and aligned with the Network Design Optimization strategic objectives of Fulfilment and Logistics for future capability and growth roadmaps while demonstrating a strong bias for architecture principles balanced with tactical timelines, cost and risks
Partner with enterprise architecture on building standardization and guiding principles and influencing strategy for Cytiva’s and specifically for the F&L next generation technology platform strategy
Define score cards, trackers and audits to assure processes deployment and KPI improvements, using Danaher / Cytiva DBS, and Lean methodology
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, and 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with cross-functional program management experience)
5 + years' IT or business experience with leadership experience building and leading globally distributed technology teams
Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment with a demonstrated track record of leading within sophisticated organizations requiring strong influence leadership skills – the ability to work collaboratively across all levels is a must
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all partners (management, business users, and technology resources)
Ability to travel frequently abroad
