Key Accountabilities and Requirements

This position supports North America.

  • Manages and tracks the Implementation process for Automation & the Flow Cytometry product range

  • Coordination of order fulfillment (track lead times, track ASG development)

  • Primary customer contact for the coordination of Fats, Hardware setup, Installation, Sats and Training.

  • Work collaboratively with both BEC LS field-based and office-based specialists.

  • Coordinate and participate in the customer-facing activity, such as tradeshows and localized workdays

  • Familiar with our CRM – Salesforce & Oracle database

  • Able to handle crucial conversations and problem solve

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 20% overnight travel

Key Requisitions

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific specializations or minimum of 8 years’ experience as a field engineer and project management.

  • Experience working in a pharma or biotechnology laboratory environment

  • Previous exposure to liquid handling automation highly desirable

  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and action-oriented environment

  • Able to comply and be on time with administrative tasks, such as compliance trainings and expenses.

In essence, manage people, financial and other resources to deliver implementations (projects) on time and to agreed quality standards/revenue targets, and go-live dates. In addition, this Implementation Manager is responsible for escalating all implementation process issues to the regional district manager and applications manager. Builds productive, proactive relationships and manages process engaging members of cross functional teams from Sales, Marketing, Service, Applications, Back/ Front-office etc., throughout the duration of a specific implementation.
