We are looking for a BioProcess Project Leader Service to work with our expert Service and Commercial team of about 1.400 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for supporting customers and their service projects? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Lead large service projects from installation-planning to hand-over to customer
Closely co-operate with relevant internal stakeholders like FSMs, European service teams, etc. in order to give customers the best possible service experience
Build close and long-lasting relationship with customers’ key opinion leaders on all service-related matters for Cytiva bioprocess hardware
Be the technical consultant externally to customers and internally for Account Managers, Hardware Specialists, SDMs, etc. on all service-related matters for Cytiva bioprocess equipment
Identify technical trends to be able to offer next generation service solutions to Cytiva bioprocess customers
Closely work with Cytiva Field Service Engineers to make sure technical hands-on abilities stay on a high level
Support complex service projects with hands-on expertise at the customer site from time to time
Who you are
University degree in bio-sciences/biotechnology and/or Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biochemical engineering or biology, alternatively 10+ years active hands-on experience in delivering bioprocess service to customers
Strong technical knowledge based on previous role as Field Engineer
Willingness to regular travel according to business needs (up to 75% of your time)
Fluency in English and preferably one additional European language (spoken and written) paired up with passion and ability to work in a multi-culture working environment
Good interpersonal communication skills and proven track record in successful projects management
