The Commercial Operations Training Assets and Technology Leader for Cytiva is responsible for In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What you’ll do:

  • Create and maintain the Commercial Operations elearning courses, including collating and project managing the implementation of end user feedback

  • Own the content management system and project manage the user guide creation and maintenance processes.

  • Project manage and maintain the competency standards workflows and dashboard.

  • Own, maintain and improve our Sharepoint portal - the HIVE.

  • Manage content and reporting in our LMS platforms of Cornerstone (Cytiva Learning) and the KEY.

  • Own and continually improve our AI search capability.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven experience of elearning development and deployment using platforms such as Vyond, Articulate and Camtasia.

  • Experience in working with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone and Adobe Captivate.

  • Comfortable with collaboration tools such as Miro, Sharepoint and Teams

  • Experience in managing global projects, and the use of tools such as Smartsheets

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Graphic design and ability to use packages such as PhotoShop and Illustrator to crate eye catching training materials and assets

  • The Use of alternative training platforms and technologies such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.

  • Curious to learn more about AI capabilities and their applications to our organisation.
