Manager Global Service Tools & Infrastructure (d/f/m)
Come join a fantastic team! Working across all levels and functions of the business, you will play a key role in engaging key stakeholders to ensure resources are allocated to deliver projects effectively and on-time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Service Operational Excellence Director to prioritise infrastructure roadmap
Manage strategic projects through design, planning, implementation and adoption of applications
Motivate and engage team to deliver high quality results
Engage with project requestors and stakeholders to identify needs and establish solution design
Analyse post-implementation performance metrics to measure success and take action
Build networks across Danaher and Application Partners to keep informed of future innovations
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or graduate engineer
People Leadership experience and project management skills
Customer Service background
Experience of cloud technologies, SAAS application delivery
Several years of experience in delivering projects related to the implementation of new applications
Understanding of application system design and the software development lifecycle
Up to 20% global travels
