Danaher Corporation Technical Project Coordinator- Field Service Support & Innovation (UK Remote) in Amersham, Bucks., United Kingdom

The Technical Project Coordinator handles key Field enablement & innovation projects and tasks that drives/ support the efficiency of the field team and that enables them to achieve customer satisfaction. Project Coordinator responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The Project Coordinator is primarily in charge of driving continuous improvement within the EU Field Service department. You will be responsible for driving business efficiency to ensures Project goals are met and associates and the other project resources within Cepheid and Danaher.

Overall accountability

  • Centralize and drive improvement and changes needed in the EMEA

  • Challenge business needs by properly defining problems

  • Track projects completion rate and maintain project funnel

  • Manage priorities amongst project using impact matrix

  • Support Direct and third-party service providers

  • Carry out tasks assigned in FSL

Business support

  • Pro-actively stay in touch with Field Service team, Customer Care associates

  • Propose help and share knowledge and experience

  • Help identifying opportunities of improvement and framing problem statements

  • Think out of the box. Bring clarity between solutions and problem statements

  • Ensure when a project is completed, the business has autonomy to run and sustain

  • Update SOP/WI, build training, grow SME’s expertise level

  • Support Business review

Education or Experience (in years):

  • College education in Project management or significant experience (5y) related to the position

  • High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 4-6 years of related work experience OR

  • AA or Technical Trade Degree with 2-4 years of related work experience.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong collaborations skills, able to achieve success by leading teamwork across the organization

  • Experience of leading multilingual Service operations across multiple locations

  • Builds an environment of continuous improvement, drives effective change

  • Very thorough, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills

  • Knowledgeable in ERP and CRM (SAP, SFDC, QAD, JDE, Oracle, …)

  • Skilled at data aggregation, trend analysis, and other operational reporting

  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Excel manipulation. Pivot table level at least. Macro level appreciated
