We are looking for a Digital Pathology Sales Specialist Northern & Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy with specific focus to win new business

  • Own and lead at the regional level the Digital Pathology sales opportunities in large and medium size competitive accounts across the full funnel process from lead to implementation. Run tender application process

  • Identify, build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that match Customer needs and promote Workflow solutions

  • Partner continuously with the Sales Enablement Manager, Regional Sales & Channel Partner Managers, Distributor Partners and EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth

  • Liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to effectively design and implement the Digital Pathology solution

Key requirements:

  • Scientific Educational background

  • Commercial experience with a consistent track record of delivering sustained double-digit revenue growth and strong market share gains in the Healthcare IT sales

  • Extensive understanding of LIS, HIS, PACS and other hospital and laboratory information systems.

  • Proficient English and Dutch is mandatory

  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the working time

  • Builds effective relationships both inside and outside the organization – ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and be accountable for delivering business results without direct reports

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills

  • Financial acumen: budgets, forecasting, providing quotations, responding to tenders and managing priorities to meet revenue targets.
