Lead the execution of outbound and inbound marketing activities (website, email, social, PPC, video, podcast, content marketing, digital advertising, events, etc.) to maximize customer engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation for a core vertical.
Brainstorm with content and creative teams to generate compelling marketing ideas, content, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials.
Own marketing metric reporting and analysis for North America and Europe; determining the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through daily, weekly and monthly KPI management using Salesforce, Marketo marketing automation, and DOMO dashboards.
Manage relationship with digital agencies, reviewing ads, remarketing and display campaigns, keywords and optimizing where necessary.
Manage tradeshow process by liaising with external vendors and internal teams to execute promotional events, tradeshows.
Assume other key initiatives and individual tasks as assigned.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, earth science, business administration, communications or related field.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing and digital lead generation programs.
3+ years of experience working with all the following platforms: Google Ads, Salesforce, WordPress, marketing automation programs, and LinkedIn.
Background in earth sciences or renewable energy preferred, but not required.
15% international and domestic travel required (post-Covid19 restrictions).
