Samenvatting

Je gaat je bezig houden met het verwerken van verkoop orders, picken, verpakken, versturen van zendingen en order beheer. Je komt in een team te werken waar je zeer nauwkeurig werkt in een snel veranderende omgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Pick producten op een snelle en efficiënte manier uit het magazijn en de koelruimte.

• Volg het principe van 'one piece flow' en ondersteun teamleden om het tijdsproces binnen het magazijngebied te minimaliseren.

• Orders picken en verwerken volgens een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard, in lijn met procedures.

• Softwaregebruik om bestellingen voor te bereiden en te verwerken voor verzending in een omgeving met hoge volumes en hoge kwaliteit.

• Het werken volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen.

• Inkomende voorraad ontvangen van de productieruimte/laboratorium om vervolgens op dezelfde dag te leveren.

• Bijdragen aan het magazijn en de koelruimte te laten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

• Administratieve ondersteuning bieden.

• Verantwoordelijk voor facturatie voor verzendingen.

Competencies

• Zeer nauwkeurig werken is de belangrijkste kwalificatie.

• Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

• Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for sales order processing, picking, packing, shipping and order management. You will be working with fellow team members to produce high accuracy work in a fast paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Pick products from multiple areas in a quick efficient manner.

• Follow the principles of one piece flow and support team members to minimise picking and packing times within warehouse area.

• Picking and processing orders to a high quality standard, in line with procedures and time lines.

• Use of software to prepare and process orders for dispatch in a high volume high quality environment.

• Working to a high standard following quality procedures

• Receipt incoming stock from the Production area/laboratory to provide same day delivery and able to place stock away into cold room

• Keep warehouse and cold room area to highest quality standard.

• Provide administrative support

• Responsible for invoicing

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience working in high output distribution area is a preference but not a requirement.

• Proven track record of working within a distribution/ manufacturing regulated industry is preferred but not a requirement.

Competencies

• Working very accurately is the most important qualification.

• Good written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Excellent organisational skills.
