Salesforce Business Analyst EMEA (f/m/d),
(near a local hub in EMEA; home-office based)
This individual will work as part of the Commercial Operations Centre of Excellence team that is responsible for providing Commercial support, tools and processes to the EMEA Sales teams to help them to win more. The Salesforce Business Analyst should be the subject matter expert and in-house consultant/advisor as it relates to the use of Salesforce.
Supports the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. Provides bid generation support, manages and maintains sales funnel (forecasting), facilitates communication and sponsors department meetings. Communicates with vendors and customers and arranges for third party inspections. Track sales KPIs using software tools to improve the accuracy of the sales funnel and forecast. Tracks performance against metrics and performs sales incentive calculations.
EMEA owner to identify key areas needed for “Sales Force.com” (SFDC) development, prioritization & deployment of key SFDC projects in conjunction with the IT Salesforce team.
SFDC Business partner to the commercial team; identify what the Commercial team need to win more, and leverage SFDC capabilities to provide them with the tools to sell more as efficiently as possible
Creation, development, maintenance and improvement of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards used by the EMEA Commercial team.
Development & documentation of Standard work processes for all Salesforce related processes and reports / dashboards
Training: Responsible for developing and organizing training for EMEA Sales & Service teams for all Salesforce-related activity, to ensure sustainment of key SFDC processes.
Develop & maintain EMEA SFDC Power User teams, ensuring they are fully up to date with the latest SFDC developments and are trained sufficiently to be the first point of contact for SFDC queries for in-country teams
Commercial team interface with the Global IT & Salesforce development teams to ensure Commercial team needs are translated into development requests for the IT Salesforce Development team to ensure continuous improvement of SFDC for the EMEA team.
Management of daily Salesforce queries, requests and issues from the EMEA team, and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner working with the Salesforce IT support team
Commercially focused individual with the ability to understand different stakeholder needs across a broad range of countries and cultures in EMEA.
University degree preferably Masters
5+ years relevant experience working with SFDC in a Commercial Capacity
Good business understanding and acumen
Language skills: proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
Independent and strong sense of integrity
Can successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
Strong change management experience
Good sense of stakeholder management
Continuous improvement mentality; high-energy and self-motivated
