Danaher Corporation Training Services Manager - RELOCATION AVAILABLE in Anaheim, California

We are looking for a Training Services Manager to provide leadership, vision, and direction to a team of hardworking individuals developing comprehensive technical training and talent development programs to grow the technical and applications skills of our global customer facing associate staff.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Design and develop innovative and highly effective technical and applications-based training programs and processes to improve the effectiveness of customer facing staff in training and servicing our end user customers

  • Lead the team responsible for the development and delivery of all product and applications-based training programs across Imaging Solutions

  • Initiate and supervise the design and development of all Training Certification Programs

  • Grow the Qualified Trainer Program to support Global Selling Units

  • Establish global training standards for organizational training programs

  • Partner with Global Selling Units, Customer Support, and Sales departments to identify training and development needs and to develop and implement a curriculum in each area.

  • Act as System Owner for the Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system and drive system efficiencies

  • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through both direct and indirect contact

  • Evaluate training for effectiveness and make continuous improvements to curriculum and delivery.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, with a good understanding of adult learning

  • 5+ years of technical and general training experience in the software or high-tech industry

  • Creativity and leadership experience in curriculum design; training program administration, training methodology, and the application of training across a variety of learning modalities

  • Strong conceptual thinking skills and ability to think creatively and drive practical and efficient solutions

  • An adept eye for business with the ability to understand, articulate, and apply business concepts while remaining flexible to changing needs and priorities

Additional desired qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading product trainers, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology

  • Experience providing training services globally

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP or CPTD)

  • Leadership and organizational development experience
