Danaher Corporation Sr. Total Rewards Analyst - Remote in Ashland, Virginia

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home in CST or EST time zones. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available.

We are looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to join our collaborative team, and have responsibility over the sustainment of the company’s global compensation structure and programs in North America and South America, as well as supporting the planning, development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures for North America (United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Trinidad & Tobago).

This is an exciting opportunity to be an expert for Workday, as well as related systems and data sources to provide troubleshooting and data analytics recommendations.


Total Rewards

  • Ensure equity and alignment within the salary structure framework for promotions, external hires, job reclassifications etc.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive completion of compensation projects, market analyses, and periodic functional reviews

  • Advise HR Business Partners and client groups regarding salary compression, career ladder development and internal/external pay equity.

  • Support the annual compensation planning process, including training managers on compensation philosophy

  • Lead annual open enrollment across the organization for the United States and Canada

  • Facilitate worker’s compensation cases and leaves for Canadian associates

  • Act as global system liaison and administrator for our Rewards & Recognition Platform, as well as advocate for system enhancements

  • Participate on the ChemTreat Wellbeing Council


  • Routinely deliver and refine global metrics for management on global turnover, diversity & inclusion, position in compensation ranges, SOX Termination Compliance, etc.

  • Lead monthly HR Operations Review and weekly Daily Management meetings


  • Draft action plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, and HR with timely and accurate information regarding compensation, benefits and Workday programs, policies, and initiatives

  • Ensures compliance of all compensation programs with federal, state, and local regulations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field;

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience with global compensation pay structures

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment.


  • At least two years of relevant HRIS experience in areas of General HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and/or Talent. Prior experience with Workday

  • SharePoint and Microsoft Teams experience

  • Previous experience with PowerBi or other data visualization tools
