Within your role, you will:
After we train you on our HR systems and processes, as HR Business Partner Turkey and Middle East, you will be the first point of contact with regards to HR topics, operations related matters, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be excited to develop a career in our Human Resources function of a global organization that embraces a culture of continuous learning. We are a close-knit team across many locations, you will be team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and be able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience in a multinational environment in a HR function.
Your responsibilities as HRBP at Videojet, include:
Deliver sustainable change projects, key HR initiatives, organisational changes, workforce mapping and capability planning, succession planning and talent management
Integrate a coaching approach into interactions with leaders. Coach and build people leader capability to create a positive associate environment
Responsible for hiring that includes interviewing and the onboarding processes of the employees
Maintaining HRIS (Workday) systems and employee records
Maintain employee benefits
Supporting in the development of company guidelines and processes
Collaborate with the leadership team on employee engagement initiatives
Partner with various HR channels to support country initiatives and partner with HR CoE’s
Your education and background experience will include:
HR business partnering experience preferably in multinational companies, across multiple sites
Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency of MS Office Applications
