After we train you on our HR systems and processes, as HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for the HR Team with regards to HR topics, operations related matters, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be excited to develop a career in our Human Resources function of a global organization that embraces a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will be driven, self-motivated and upbeat. As Continuous Improvement is part of our Danaher and Videojet DNA, to be successful you will have a willingness to learn and change things for the better. We are a close-knit team across many locations, you will be team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and be able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience in a multinational environment in a HR function.
Your responsibilities as HR Generalist role at Videojet, include:
Participate in and execute key HR initiatives.
Responsible for hiring that includes interviewing and the onboarding processes of the employees
Responsible for training of managers and employees on our Danaher performance management system and process
Maintaining HRIS (Workday) systems and employee records
Maintain employee benefits
Supporting in the development of company guidelines and processes
Support organization to drive engagement and employee wellbeing initiatives
Implementing learning and development strategies to increase the talent capabilities
Your experience/skills will include:
Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience of working within a HR environment, knowledge of basic processes and procedures preferably in multinational companies
Proficiency of MS Office Applications
