• Own the KPIs and growth and profitability targets of the assigned product categories

• Manage the implementation and execution of marketing plans including supporting sales functions for the assigned Beckman Coulter product lines in the market

• Work in close collaboration with the regional product/marketing managers

• Train local commercial team for products and new generation hardware and software systems developed by Beckman Coulter

• Work closely with Sales Team to define market strategies and support actions needed for successful sales of the designated product responsibilities

• Bring input into marketing plans and objectives.

• Develop strategic plans to enhance overall product sales

• Responsible for creating, developing, and following up the digital activities for the product line

• Responsible for improving brand awareness and reputation in the market

• Manage product life cycles and product positioning

• Implement tactical marketing plans and pricing strategies in collaboration with Commercial Operations

• Develop and implement specific marketing programs to stimulate sales and achieve objectives

• Implement efficient reagent after-sales monitoring and menu expansion programs

• Monitor competitive activities and identifies customers’ needs

• Act as technical product advisor for assigned projects

• Implement and drive product launches:

o Product reviewo Product positioningo Pricing strategyo Product evaluation / beta sites / early-look programso Training programs for sales, marketing, and product specialistso Product launch package

• Provide continuous product and marketing support to Sales and Product Specialist teams as well as customers

• Deliver specific training programs and tools to upgrade competencies of Sales and Marketing teams

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 5+ years’ professional experience or master’s degree with 3+ years’ professional experience in a diagnostic product manager function or a clinical laboratory

• Related experience with hematology and/or immunoassay products is a plus

• Marketing communications

• Commercial experience is a solid asset

• Team player who can work autonomously

• Managing and motivating people from different functions without reporting line

• Ability to train and create enthusiasm about a diagnostic product with strong presentation skills

• Open, flexible, and self-motivated, adapts & embraces different cultures

• Fluent in Turkish and English, any other language(s) is an asset

• Proficient computer skills

• Willing to travel approximately 20-30% of the time to
