After training and a tailored learning program, as Service Sales Team Leader, in our Service organization you will provide strong commercial leadership to accelerate the growth of printer placements and service revenues. This is a key role in developing and implementing our commercial service growth strategy. One of our core values at Danaher is “Customers Talk, We Listen”. This is a new role where the right person will understand our customers’ needs and turn these into partnership opportunities with Videojet.
The successful candidate will be a natural people leader, able to drive high-performance for our customers. We are a close-knit team across many locations, you will be team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and be able to work autonomously when needed.
Your responsibilities as Service Sales Team Leader role at Videojet, include:
Growth, engagement, and development of your team
Develop and drive sales strategy in our service organization
Responsible for standardizing and simplifying the sales activities in service organization
Build and update the service sales USPs (unique selling points) and train the team to enable them to maintain the related activities
Develop new contract customers and maintain existing contract customers
Direct participation in strategy implementation, annual revenue planning, revenue bridge planning and execution during annual budget process
Pricing strategy and margin management
Your experience/skills will include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
Experienced in developing and implementing commercial service strategy, demonstrating a history of business growth preferably in B2B
Proficiency of MS Office Applications
Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills and strong customer-orientation
Organization skills, quick orientation in problems, good time management
