What you’ll do
Provide strategic and tactical planning to successfully manage in the region; deliver sales targets, monitor the success of commercial and marketing campaigns.
Develop and deliver annual budgets based on achieving above market growth by Cell & Gene Therapy product line across all regional sales territories.
Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals/forecasting/budget objectives are met through implementation of effective performance objectives, programs, policies and key messages.
Develop and maintain a “best in class” culture, constantly maintaining a mind-set focused on top talent so that “The Best Team Wins by development and sustaining a strong and engaged team.
Provide leadership in measuring and improving results through a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture.
Ensure collaboration in all parts of the Cytiva commercial organization building internal stakeholders and Account Management synergy to continually strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrates and maintains a strong understanding of customer needs, working with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and enhance business ventures.
Continuously drive Voice of the Customer (VOC) into all parts of the business to ensure customers’ interests are prominently positioned
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience
Significant experience within a fast-growing therapeutics industry, complex solution-based business in a high technology product/service sector
Experience in the immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell culture, bioprocess or diagnostics field is a strong advantage
Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation including sales, service, technical support, marketing and business management functions.
Ability to interface with, empower, elevate and lead a commercial team to over-achieve with maximum results
Ability to timely make critical decisions
Experience with solution selling in a multi stakeholder environment
