Danaher Corporation Customer Experience & Insights Intern in Atlanta, Georgia

CX Culture and Training

  • Champion and educate the broader organization about CX management, its impact on customers, and benefits for the business.

  • Help drive a more customer-centric culture.

  • Develop content for internal communications, web pages, and Share Point.

  • Design training materials and eLearning modules.

  • Assist with building customer journey maps.

  • Help create and facilitate workshops.

  • Support the development and launch of cultural programs and a CX champion network.

Customer Insights Research & Analytics

  • Work cross-functionally to drive data-backed insights about customer experiences that link to business benefits across the customer lifecycle.

  • Analyze and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

  • Prepare customer insight reports to identify themes and key learnings.

  • Support stakeholders with actionable insights and make recommendations for improvements to help address customer pain points.

  • Help develop a more robust closed-loop feedback (CLF) process.

  • Support implementations of CX initiatives.
