As our new Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst where you have high visibility and an opportunity to engage directly with all levels of sales and sales leadership team and across multiple departments of the business. This entails 1) administrating compensation software: researching and analyzing data for various departments, 2) managing daily operations to identify key drivers of compensation performance and opportunities for improvement, 3) auditing incentive compensation policy and plans to ensure accuracy in incentive compensation payouts, and 4) championing customer centricity while solving complex and highly sensitive challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Effectively communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert on IC administration; stakeholders include finance, HR, client services, marketing, front-line sales, and sales leadership; resolve incentive compensation disputes raised by the sales organization in a timely, thoughtful, and customer centric manner

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in discovering important details while maintaining a process orientated and methodical approach; experience with root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation

  • Maintain subject matter expertise with data sources and tools that drive IC payouts. Compile and synthesize IC payout data to deliver high quality analysis and actionable insights.

  • Consistently implements all operations protocols, procedures, and standards in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to the team’s performance, actively collaborate within and beyond the team to design and ensure buy-in around solutions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years exp. OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years exp.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presence interacting with customers and stakeholders

  • Experience with conflict resolution and handling a large volume of inquiries in the related field

  • Experience working with complex datasets sourced through multiple sources

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel (vlookup, if-statement, compiling and parsing data etc...)

  • Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture

  • Experience with governance practices and development of processes and procedures

  • Experience administering incentive compensation

  • Resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy

    • Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Plan Design and experience with Target Setting/Quota setting are a plus
