We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Transcutaneous Sales team in the U.S. This person will to help us build, develop, empower and maintain strong sales and support teams. Together with the team, the manager helps identify and strategize all opportunities in order to meet sales objectives for our Transcutaneous Monitoring product line.
This role is a customer facing representative of Radiometer and must convey a sense of expertise in company products, services, capabilities and serve as a key educator to our customers.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Ensure sales goals, forecasting and budget objectives are met through implementation of team performance objectives, funnel management, promotion program tracking, communication and adherence to compliance policy and standard work
Lead sales presentations and negotiations
Provides strategic and technical planning to purposefully run the territory; drive sales metrics, monitor team performance including reward and recognition and regularly report out on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Recruit, retain, develop and lead a result driven sales force
Mentor team directly and through Senior Sales Representatives
Conduct and lead sales in both the field and virtually to drive winning market share in a competitive environment
Responsible for overall management of North American TC product line to ensure growing sales
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Blood Gas team to share relevant sales opportunities.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:
Bachelor’s degree required, science major preferred but not required.
5+ years sales management experience in medical capital equipment. (preferred)
3+ years clinical experience in Respiratory Care, Hyperbaric/Wound care, Nursing.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team to success
Strong planning, time management, and financial business insight
Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in matrix environment
Ability to make timely critical decisions
Ability to travel around 60% of the time
