The CUSTOMER SOLUTION SPECIALIST role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your talents and experience to a growing team. Every day will be different, working on a diverse range of service requests and customers while ensuring the implementation is aligned with enterprise guidelines, standards, and validated approaches.
In this role, you will focus on providing quality and efficient support while implementing customer service requests for our global SaaS customers.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Solution Specialist at ESKO, include:
Facilitating the initial team evaluation of all customer service requests through discussions with both internal and customer stakeholders to ensure full understanding of the request scope
Implementing assigned service requests in a way that provides a first-class customer experience
Leading team meetings to discuss new learnings and troubleshoot current cases
Identifying and streamlining processes and best practices for case management
Communicating and interacting effectively with customers as well as account management, pre-sales, deployment and technical support departments within Esko

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
3+ years experience supporting SaaS solutions in a support or business analyst role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
Experience and exposure in implementing or supporting business process or asset management technology solutions, preferably in a marketing or packaging domain
History of working in a customer facing role
