Danaher Corporation Customer Service Administrator - ANZ in Auckland, New Zealand

The Customer Service Representative will work collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support – e.g. answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.

  • Ensure customer purchase orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving order

  • Issue sales order acknowledgements to customers where required

  • Ensure sales quotations are processed within 24 hours of receipt

  • Process credits and debits within 48 hours

  • Provide up-to-date information to customers at all times

  • Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability, dispatch dates and shipping status.

  • Resolving customer issues or any internal issues that may arise

  • Answering telephones in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

  • Provide strong support for other members of the CS team where required.

  • Assist in administrative duties as and when required.

  • Provide additional assistance when instructed by the immediate Manager

  • Beware of and understand Hach’s policies and procedures
