The Planner/Plant Co-Ordinator is responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue recognition, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of any issues that will impact supply/demand for EMEA and Global for F and B.
This position is part of the Commercial Operations Team and will be in Bad Kreuznach. You will be closely working with the BK planning team onsite and the Global Comm-ops Team. This role is varied and will be adapted to the needs of the business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Review and align monthly plant production schedule with plant material managers/ MRP planners
Align/ follow-up on commercial exceptions with-in plant production schedule
Communicate to Com-Ops team on plant KPI’s / weekly production status/ any changes to plant
Short-long term production capacity
Participate in plant capacity/ productivity improvements and line moves
The essential requirements of the job include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
Ability to influence multiple level stakeholders without direct authority
Systematic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Production / manufacturing (5 years – planning or manufacturing)
Experience with SAP, Excel
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – when required
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
