This is a Senior Field Based Position focusing on developing our Food and Beverage (F&B) business within German region of EMEA. The incumbent will have a significant role in driving the strategic objectives including revenue and profit targets for the Food and Beverage product portfolio through direct engagement with sales, customers and relevant functional groups within the company (such as Research & Development, SLS, Marketing, Regulatory).
The role will require the incumbent to work in a cross-functional business team, take a leadership role when negotiating with major customers.
To grow and develop the Food and Beverage business in the Sales Territory South-West Germany and to achieve the agreed sales, price rise & order projections (50%)
Ensure all distribution partners are up to date with regional and international regulations and contractual reviews (10%)
Attend all meetings involving the senior leadership team across Germany for F&B and when asked EMEA or Globally (10%)
Contribute in a positive and professional manner to the F&B global strategy and ensure German sales are contributing. (10%)
Ensuring their funnel growth & sales in the F&B business and manage their opportunities using the sales funnel, growth room with deploying DBS (Danaher Business Systems) tools to drive problem solving and accelerated business development (20%)
Qualifications and Experiences:
Degree level education in Science or Food and Beverage technology or Engineering related discipline or comparable work experience
Experienced within the WINE Industry
Ability to analyze and present commercial and technical information concisely
Extensive applications experience in Food and Beverage markets
Demonstrate intimate and expert knowledge of either our technology or the field or application, ideally both.
Extensive sales experience, preferably in Food and Beverage markets
Willingness to travel
Valid work permit
Fluent in German and in English
