What you’ll do

The Cytiva FP&A Analyst responsible to deliver first class finance activities across Cytiva business including forecasting, reporting, analytics, closing and planning support for the P&L as well as relationship building with region/product/function business partners. Cytiva business is approximately USD Four Billion P&L.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Key business partner to Finance/FP&A manager in supporting & leading planning cycles, forecasting, closing & variance analysis

  • Support leadership team to drive visibility to financial operating performance, financial compliance and cost control.

  • Tracking forecast, budget and drive rigor with operating team in execution and Identify risk opportunities.

  • Lead financial activities for monthly and quarterly pacing/closing and provide strong leadership and analytics for estimates, blueprint, Budget setting.

  • Lead analytics around cost impact; headcount, contractors analysis

  • Support in driving productivity analytics

  • Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter, Year and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities

  • Maintain financials, dashboards & report publishing

  • Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting results

  • Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.

  • Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP’s.

  • Responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FP&A CoE

Who you are

Qualifications & Requirements:

This position is open to internal and external candidates BCom, CA, CMA, MBA

10 + years of progressive finance experience, excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, OneStream, Qlik, Hyperion, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation Self-motivated, high energy, Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm)

Experience working in a global environment with sound understanding of global processes and transaction flows Proven financial leadership in supporting multiple & complex organizations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with remote stakeholders and teams Clear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions
