What you’ll do

  • Responsible for leading a team of 4 FP&A associates from Bangalore.

  • Accountable for team delivers quality of financial planning, monthly forecasting, financial reporting, Variance analysis to provide insight to the management and any ad hoc requests.

  • Drive ongoing continuous improvement within FP&A and Financial Reporting systems

  • Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance and facilitate effective teamwork.

  • Crafts challenging and stretch assignments to associates that contribute to the achievement of the development objectives.

  • Hold development conversations and provides performance feedback to define opportunities for improvements

  • Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

  • Assist senior management with analytical requests or ad hoc reporting as required.

Who you are

  • Experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with proven ability to meet tight timeframes.

  • Experience of working in a complex environment with strong relationship building capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of self-motivation and energy with an ability to work well across different level of the organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders across all levels and develop strong working relationships

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Experience in utilization of BI tools & using a range reporting tools will all be highly regarded

  • Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distil them into insightful analysis for senior management

  • CA, CPA, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

  • 4 - 8 years of progressive finance experience

  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, OneStream, QlikSense SAP, Hyperion, etc.

  • Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)

  • Self-motivated, high energy

  • Working hours in shifts (between 1:30 PM till 11:00 pm)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • This position is open to internal and external candidates

  • CA, CPA, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

  • 4 - 8 years of progressive finance experience
