What you’ll do
Responsible for leading a team of 5 FP&A associates from Bangalore.
Accountable for team delivers quality of financial planning, monthly forecasting, financial reporting, Variance analysis to provide insight to the management and any ad hoc requests.
Drive ongoing continuous improvement within FP&A and Financial Reporting systems
Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance and facilitate effective teamwork.
Crafts challenging and stretch assignments to associates that contribute to the achievement of the development objectives.
Hold development conversations and provides performance feedback to define opportunities for improvements
Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Assist senior management with analytical requests or ad hoc reporting as required.
Who you are
Experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with proven ability to meet tight timeframes.
Experience of working in a complex environment with strong relationship building capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.
High level of self-motivation and energy with an ability to work well across different level of the organization
Experience in utilization of BI tools & using a range reporting tools
Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distil them into insightful analysis for senior management
4 - 8 years of progressive finance experience, CA, CPA, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, OneStream, QlikSense SAP, Hyperion, etc.
Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
Working hours in shifts (between 1:00 PM till 10:00 pm)
