WITHIN YOUR TEAM
As a helpdesk technician you will provide Tier 2 support to our associates via Microsoft Teams, phone calls, email and in person interactions. As a helpdesk technician you will ask appropriate questions and use your knowledge to resolve the associate’s ServiceDesk tickets. You will work with the rest of the global team to resolve issues as they arise and escalate issues as needed.

In this role you will grow your knowledge and skills while supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You will learn new technologies and create standard work to help associates use those new technologies. As part of continuous improvement, you will also learn aspects of Danaher Business System like Visual Daily Management, PSP, and so on, which will help you grow in your career. Your attention to details will help you expand your knowledge and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Mac-based system.
Device management using CMDB, system administration and security.
Software & Patch deployment and troubleshooting of failures.
Basic understanding of infrastructure/cloud services and integration.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
Understanding and troubleshooting of GPO, AD, DNS, DHCP, Network, VPN, drive encryption, Citrix, Microsoft Domain services
Must have experience with Computer installation and break/fix on Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft Surface hardware.
Must have experience in handling technical escalations with regards to client services and act as a PoC for Service desk and desktop engineers.
Must have problem solving ability, identify process gaps, perform RCAs and recommend remediation plans.
Proficient in documentation and creating/maintaining knowledge base articles.
Must have hands on experience in managing CMDB for company assets.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
BE/B.Tech or MCA degree
Relevant IT experience for at least 5+yrs.
Must have Mac – JamF/Airwatch, self-service, OS and applications troubleshooting
Good to have basic experience managing Atlassian products like Jira & Wiki.
Good to have basic experience on SharePoint administration
Experience on software like JamF, CrowdStrike & Okta
