In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The Lead Qualification Specialist (LQS) is responsible to qualify inbound and outbound leads from different sources (i.e. website, campaigns, field service team) and qualify them for the sales process. As part of that lead qualification the LQS is asking the critical questions to better understand what a warm or hot lead might be looking for.

  • Initial contact and pre-qualification of incoming leads and determine sales potential prior to sales team (Account Manager) assignment.

  • Communicating with customer/prospect leads via email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Live Chat or over the phone to overcome objections and determine if a need exists of the potential customer.

  • Manage leads and sales actions in CRM and maintain proper hygiene in the system.

  • Support the Live Chat platform as an active agent and represent Cytiva as the first ‘touchpoint’ for our customers.

  • Work with Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists across several Operating Companies (OpCo) within Cytiva to move the Sales Actions into opportunities in Cytiva’s CRM system.

  • Build a strong internal network to drive maximum synergy and customer satisfaction across the business.

  • Build reporting, lead daily management stand-up meetings, and build and document standard work for the lead qualification process.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 2+ years’ experience in lead qualification, tele marketing or tele-sales in B2B market (including cold calling) or experience in customer service, technical inside sales (TIS) or digital inside sales teams (DST).

  • Experience in using CRM tools (like Salesforce.com) would be a bonus.

  • Highly self-motivated, success driven and passion for sales. You’re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it.

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Effective communication and selling skills: Use of outbound phone, email, and other communication tools to prospect key decision makers and establish meetings for the sales team

  • Able to go “off script” as necessary based upon direction of phone conversation yet remains focused on qualifying individual

  • “Professionally social” – enjoys speaking on the phone with prospects and customers; demonstrates natural yet professional phone approach; able to build rapport during phone conversation

  • Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to latest information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
