We are currently seeking a Master data management analyst, to join our team and manage the organization's item master database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of item data, and facilitating the efficient flow of information across departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, inventory management, and finance, to ensure consistent and reliable item data.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Create and maintain item master records in the organization's database, including item descriptions, specifications, pricing, and vendor information.

  • Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure accurate and timely entry of new items into the system.

  • Conduct regular audits of item master data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.

  • Update item attributes, such as lead times, planner codes, and organization sourcing, as required.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance item master system functionalities and streamline data entry processes.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Proven multiple years of experience (3-5 years) in item master management or related roles

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and item management principles

  • Proficiency in using item master management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, E2Open); Oracle preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
