Then read on!We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Agile Coach responsible for the successful delivery of software projects driven from the India Development Center working with broad cross-functional and multi-site teams. In this role, you will champion the principles of Agile methodologies and advocate for best practices in software engineering. Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement within our organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, and excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Take ownership of the full project life cycle - successful project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards) will include full implementation from Project Management planning to final release for one to two major or several minor/medium projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with cross-functional disciplines and lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize Agile methodologies and software engineering practices across the software teams at the India Development Center. Act as a thought leader and advocate for Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices to establish and drive the achievement of Project KPIs through the adoption of Danaher Business Systems tools.

• Provide mentorship and training on Agile practices and principles to team members at all levels.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, regulatory documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, and executive-level key partners.

• Contribute to developing, implementing, and enhancing standard methodologies and tools for project execution and talent development within software Scrum teams.

• Perform as a self-motivated, detail-oriented associate with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies, 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a Scrum team (SCRUM Master, Product Owner or Team Leader)

• Experience working as a Project Lead and as a Software Developer

• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle engineering practices

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Understanding of software development processes in a regulated environment

• Software development experience in the life sciences / medical device domain

• Hands-on experience in the deployment of Danaher Business Processes.
