Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support the talent acquisition team and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate’s application process through to their onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate’s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate.

Reporting into the Recruitment Lead you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Danaher brand at every interaction.

THE CHALLENGE

Your tasks may include, but not be limited to: * Own, develop and advise on the candidate communication and logistics for the overall interview experience (phone and in-person interviews) * Coordinate all scheduling for candidates and internal interview participants i.e. interviews, debrief sessions and any other communications such as assessments/testing, etc. * Coordinate logistics, including travel, reservations and candidate itineraries. Making sure that rooms are booked as needed. * Communicate with all stakeholders via various channels (phone, text, email, etc.) * Write, review and post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/ Taleo * Posting job requisitions as per agreed sourcing methodology across internal and external systems. * Create new job postings on job boards, niche sites, and college recruiting career pages as needed. * Manage the documentation of the interview and assessment process in line with all local compliance and requirements - ensuring all is consistent and auditable - using appropriate systems * Ensuring all information in the ATS is updated, accurate and all supporting documentation is provided. * Creating offer letters on obtaining the necessary approvals. * Managing the background check process where applicable. * Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists (Recruiters) to ensure we are moving applicants through the hiring process swiftly and providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience. * Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process, to manage requirements and expectations.

Qualification
* BA degree with 2 years of experience. * Administrative (i.e, scheduling-heavy) / Customer service experience. * Recruiting experience is a plus * Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). * Experience in Taleo or any ATS is desirable. * Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once. * Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities. * Comfortable working with deadlines and great attention to detail. * Professional communication both verbal and written. * Great organizational skills and ability to assist multiple people. * Ability to follow-through internally and externally in order to provide a positive candidate experience * Adept at working with teams in different office locations #LI-MB1
