The Regional Marketing Lead for Cytiva is responsible for designing and executing tactical marketing activities for demand generation and to lead strategic initiatives across various opcos.

This position is part of the Regional marketing function located in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Generate, nurture and qualify leads through field activity that aligns with the strategic objectives and meets or exceeds South Asia targets. Typically, this activity consists of events and meetings (F2F or virtual) with customers. It is expected that the regional marketer will spend a minimum of 50% time active in the field.

  • Manage local leads using the CRM system and following-up funnel progression with sales. Report the status of lead generation and lead management activity, defining actions where improvements are needed.

  • Interact and monitor the local markets, reporting on new trends, opportunities and other competition insights. Thought leadership and KOL engagement programs as part of strategic initiatives

  • Enable the sales teams around new technologies, focusing on product positioning and value proposition. Be an active part of a cross-functional team that generates and deploys new global marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital marketing channels

  • Manage marketing budget

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Hold a degree or post graduate degree in life science.

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial / field marketing / business development.

  • Hands-on experience on demand generation from various sources, market intelligence and analysis skills, product positioning, sales enablement.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with SFDC.

  • Understanding bioprocess and new modalities workflow.

  • Applying outcomes-driven marketing principles and understanding commercial key drivers to build a strong funnel and to support achieving sales revenue.
