Danaher Corporation Regional Services Operations Manager in Bangalore, India
Our Global Professional Services team is searching for a Regional Services (GPS) Operations Manager to join our India team to lead and manage a strong, sustainable GPS organization to support IDBS’ growth targets. Key to the role is attracting, developing and retaining a consulting team that can support growth in profitable services revenues through geographic and service offering and ensuring customer success is realized.
The role will also hold responsibility for building effective relationships with services partners alongside ensuring service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supporting the team on all customer projects; ensuring IDBS designs, builds and implements a solution that meets customer needs in the wider customer data and application landscape.
Ensuring the completion of projects on time and to meet quality standards (profitably) by coordinating resources and timetables and escalating project risks appropriately.
Recommending and implementing technology and consulting strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Reviewing and maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing the organization’s standards (including departmental QMS and KPIs in support of organizational CVDs) and growing the team’s capability.
Working with Regional/Country leads to implement common processes and practices that lead to increased services revenue, margin growth and customer advocacy as part of a global team focused on customer success.
Identifying opportunities for continuous service improvements and margin expansion.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent preferably in a Science, Math or Stats discipline
A passion for people leadership and the ability to motivate people to perform
Flexible and able to prioritize challenging issues and deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening actively with appropriate responses giving consideration to the views of others, often relaying complex information in simple terms to people at varying levels of competence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding partner management skills.
Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills and an eye for business.
