The Senior Software Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for verification of the Next Gen IoT solutions and Remote Software Update solutions for all next generation Beckman Instruments.
This position is part of the Systems Software and Automation (SSA) located in Bangalore and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Understand the overall requirements of the product/platform and specifically for the assigned feature/module.
Design and Execute tests as per the software requirements.
Automate test scripts
Investigate software / system problems and log defects and track it to closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (locally & globally) to ensure product releases meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability and schedule goals.
The essential requirements of the job include:
4+ years of software testing experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages like Java.
Experience in working with automated tools like Selenium and BDD framework.
Hands on in java script.
Experience in writing SQL.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Familiarity with SCRUM/AGILE software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test)
Knowledge on test strategy, test plan.
