Own all Global Fast Trak Training documents- Lead, plan, research, develop, organize, write, edit training documents in collaboration with SME in Fast Trak PDS, across all Cytiva OpCo & customer learning solutions team
Work with internal teams and/or external experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of technology and documentation requirements
Produce high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Developing and maintaining relationships with the regional commercial and marketing teams, as well as the global Fast Trak and R&D organizations
