Job Responsibility :-

Develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including key opinion leaders, senior managers and key customers in the Healthcare industry in the assigned territory of North and West India.

Identify and drive the implementation of opportunities for change that will support continued improvements to Sales, internal processes and performance. Strategize, plan, develop and implement sales and support programs for Sales team to accomplish specific company, departmental, brand and product objectives. This includes working cross functionally with other department leaders.

Analyze trends and data within a Customer Relationship Management system to support growth of Regional sales objectives. This includes creating tools that enable the Region to grow.

Strong Acumen in government Business tenders and should be well versed with Gem. Ensure strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitive accounts and client trends. Effective stake holder management with Policy makers and Head of the Departments dealing with Public Health.

Work with the Sales and marketing to Organise Road Shows, Technical Demonstrations, Round Table Meetings (RTMs) etc for Medical awareness in the field of Anemia Management

Models integrity, ethics and values, leads by example; words and actions are fully aligned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience in healthcare segment like and clinical market, experience in Public Health will be an added advantage

  • Strong track record of success in sales positions with handling and managing large key accounts. Handling of Key stake holder management experience is a must

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Graduate in Science, MBA will be an added advantage.

  • Skilled in MS Word, Power-point and excel applications.
