This position is for Radiometer team located at Danaher India Development Center (IDC), Bangalore

IDC is a research and development center with the vision of accelerating product roadmaps across various Danaher business segments. Started in 2014, the center now hosts 500+ associates, for multiple Danaher operating companies focusing on Diagnostics, Life Science, and Environmental and Applied Science segments. The operating companies includes Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems, Danaher Digital, Hach, Leica Microsystems, HemoCue, Videojet and Cepheid.

The IDC workforce comprises of various product engineering teams, working on development of software and hardware components of cutting-edge products for, Immunoassay, Chemistry, Hematology, Molecular diagnostics, Oncology, Neurosurgery and Water Quality. IDC has evolved as center of excellence for Cloud and data analytics, with significant contributions to the key informatics solutions. The teams consist of highly hardworking software & hardware engineers and development managers. The teams are supported by local Product managers, Quality & Regulatory and Intellectual property specialists.

The inhouse teams works in close coordination with other global R&D centers at US, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, Denmark and Sweden. Located at the center of Bangalore IT HUB, IDC is housed at state of art facility, measuring 120 K


In Global Web and Digital Services, part of Radiometer Global IT, we are developing and maintaining commercial websites across more than 30 different geographical markets and digital services through a customer portal.

We are using Sitecore 9 and the newest technologies for our web solutions and integrated services (e.g. integration to backend systems) and Azure AD B2B for authentication. Our primary internal customers are Marketing, Global Services and Sales.

The delivery team is split between Denmark and India and consists of two resources in Denmark responsible for the Sitecore application, support and for managing the Product Backlog, and currently two developers and soon a Sitecore Solution Architect and Test Engineer in India. You will have a direct manager in India with a dotted line to the Manager, Global Web & Digital Services, located in Copenhagen.

We are looking for a solution support specialist to help fix data and synchronization issues across systems in our customer portal solution and to manage end-user access when needed. Using our ticketing systems, you will provide 2nd level support by solving issues yourself or by collecting information to 3rd level subject matter experts (BI team, R&D team, Sitecore team).

So, you will play a hands-on role with the teams in managing, delegating and providing resolution to support requests submitted by Radiometer associates on behalf of end-customers or distributors of Radiometer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support tickets to ensure that all incidents and service requests are resolved promptly and accurately.

  • Interact with Radiometer associates globally to provide information and resolution to their inquiries using the ticketing systems.

  • Analyze technical data and integration issues by deep diving into data and audit logs and querying data and resolve or delegate problems.

  • Perform data verification in CRM, Azure AD, in data warehouse directly and in various SharePoint lists used for access management.

  • Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time

  • Assist the support lead in enhancing the support process

  • Work closely with the development teams on new projects that involve new or changes to existing data-driven integrations

  • Improve processes, training and guides provided to colleagues in the Organization using DBS (LEAN) tools.


  • Four-year-degree (BE/BTech/MCA) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.


  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist preferably in the area of integrations, CRM and/or Azure AD

  • Experience in the Ticket Handling system preferably on CRM

  • Proven analytical capability and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research, assess, interpret and validate data

  • Ability to work independently to coordinate and solve complex data communication and integration issues and integrate into a global cross-functional team environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, with ability to communicate confidently with requestors

  • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics

  • Able to Track and report the customer ticketing status on a regular basis.


  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken to high standard.

  • Experience working with global team, multiple languages and are an open-minded and outgoing teammate

  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work as part of a project team.

  • Service-oriented and pro-active in your approach to working with internal and External “customers”

  • Be innovative, resourceful and resilient in a challenging development environment.

  • Ability to analyses complex situations and make appropriate operational recommendations.

  • Possess good analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
