This position of Customer Service Specialist – German Speaker will be in Barcelona as a hybrid role. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Being a close Business Partner with the Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth.

• Team up with Order management and other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Being a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements for Cepheid – working in line with sales, order management to process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.

• Responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the Master Data Management team

• Fluent in German and English have a strong written and verbal communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Tender/Contract Management work

• Operated in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem solving and analytical methods.
