The DxA Applications L3 Support Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a field-based position responsible for customer retention, company, and product acceptance.

The primary function is to conduct DxA installations, solve customer’s clinical application problems, provide training for our customers, and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives related with DxA Automation and IT system.

It also includes performing DxA Automation System demonstrations and support sales team on site visits to existing customers. You will be a part of the Post Sales Team and report to the PMO & IT Manager responsible for:

  • Directing the Sales Operations Post-Sales team that includes Project Managers and the Clinical Informatics group that provides the Automation and IT Applications Service.

  • Coordinating Big Automation Installations from their award to the signing of the Project delivery.

  • Managing the PMO process and its Share Point with all the relevant information of the Department.

  • Working together with Sales Admin, the local Sales team and the Customer Care Department (Service and Application).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support Beckman Coulter customers, field sales and service employees with clinical application troubleshooting, installation and integration of DxA solution into customer workflow and in-service training.

  • Interact with all levels of Application Specialists Support, Service team, Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Product Specialists and all levels of employees and management within customer accounts. The nature of these interactions includes answering questions, solving advanced problems, conducting instrument demonstrations and installations, and educating on clinical applications and product information.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Self-motivation, proactivity, accountability, strong organizational skills and customer orientation, strong technical skills on the products lines supported, and excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflicts

  • Strong knowledge of IT & WorkFlow solutions.

  • Open for travelling (up to 60%) and work on a flexible schedule.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 3-5 years of technical services/support experience.

  • Be fluent in English speaking and writing.
