Danaher Corporation Field Sales Engineer Industry Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain

This position is a remote/field-based sales role in the area of Catalonia. The successful candidate needs to live in or close by the metropolitan area

The Field Sales Engineer Industry Catalonia, will be key in shaping the future sales structure of Hach Industry Business in the area.

The position holder will focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships to regional customers and advise and consult them in developing their business by implementing standard instrumentation and solutions process from Hach.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Fulfill of the sales targets assigned according to the KPIs.

  • Carry out commercial activities and visits to industrial clients to achieve sales targets.

  • Technical support, advice to potential clients for the identification of needs and better solutions to projects and applications.

  • Prepare technical and commercial offers.

  • Do commercial monitoring.

  • Promote new clients in certain industrial sectors.

  • Drive related business activities.

  • Collaborate with the departments: Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, Administrative Department.

  • Carry out projects aligned with the strategy of the global company at the regional level.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Experience with industrial clients and sales to international companies (B2B).

  • Engineering, chemistry, process technology or related degree required.

  • High mobility and willingness to travel about 80% of time an occassional overnights

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSES PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Business management through SFDC.

  • Water business knowledge
