Danaher Corporation Indirect Channel Coordinator in Barra Funda, Brazil
Major Responsibilities
Build solid business plan in Brazil territory
Promote periodic field-based product training as well as training support for the indirect commercial team.
Works with the commercial team as the strategic specialist in Core Histology with liaison responsibility to Immunohistochemistry & Pathology Imaging.
Promote the strategic mentorship to the indirect channel to expand the team’s product acuity.
Provides Indirect Commercial sales support through voice of sales & voice of customer.
Build and develop sales enablement resources to improve sales efficiencies.
Drives strategic coordination with the commercial departments such as commercial operations, commercial development and marketing.
Prioritizes product allocation to customers through collaboration with Sales & Marketing Leadership.
Supports Customer quote generation.
Leads communication activities through DM CALLS, such as but not limited to relevant platform updates, product disruptions, discontinuation of service for products and related matters.
Develops and executes sales incentives programs to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Coordinates customer visits to the territory references sites
Works with the Commercial Development Leaders to provide metrics on funnel/forecasting reviews. Commitments to root cause on sales shortfalls and identifies countermeasures to ensure business success.
Assists Sales team in routing content collateral for MAPSS approval
Coordinates with Sales Operation, Service & Applications teams for new product installations working alongside the Commercial Development Leader
Advises Sales teams of available content on Showpad for respective business
Required Education, Experience, SkillsEducation: BS in Life Science, Business, Marketing or similar field
Experience/Skills:
Experience in commercial marketing, product management, or similar functions supporting clinical labs and hospitals (diagnostics sector)
Experience with medical device sales cycles
Experience in the tissue diagnostics, medical devices industry
Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and analytics
Demonstration of project, team leadership
Experience in business strategy – market & customer segmentation; driven product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis)
Desired Education, Experience, Skills
Education: Degree in Life Sciences or Master’s Degree in Business/MBA
Experience/Skills:
Professional Experience:
Diagnostics, Life Science and/or Pathology experience preferred
Prior capital sales and recurring revenue experience
Contract negotiation/high level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM
Travel: Up to 60%
Must Possess a valid Driver’s license.
Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings
