The Country Sales Leader m/f/d manages a team of regional sales managers and is a key member of the DACH Leadership Team. They lead with strong coaching skills and have previous sales (methodology) experience. The primary purpose of this role is to create and implement a sales strategy for the regional business in alignment with our organisational and regional strategies. They ensure business growth and profitability, developing opportunities in new and existing verticals. They participate in new-product launches and lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction, reduce sales costs and focus on leading with integrity.
Your responsibilities as Country Sales Leader at Videojet, include:
Lead and develop regional Managers with day-to-day sales and commercial activity to grow their competencies and behaviours, supporting them to manage their teams effectively.
Build a market approach for new and existing verticals synchronised with and adaptable to (new) product launches.
P&L responsibility and accountability.
Preparation and presentation of accurate progress, funnel and forecast reports.
Partner with Marketing organisation on implementing all campaign initiatives.
Seeks collaboration across teams, functions, leading with transparent and constructive communication.
Creates commitment and trust through consistency and a customer-focused attitude.
Remain abreast of innovative and creative sales practices to maximise sales.
Exceptional people leadership experience as a coach, who mentors and is responsible for engagement.
Business fluent in German and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications
