Danaher Corporation Business Process Enabler Operations in Beijing, China

As the Business Process Enabler Operations for Material Management (MM) Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM), this position will act as the key interface between business functional teams, Business Process enablers (BPE), Subject Matter Experts (SME) and IT to support the implementation, live operation and process improvement of the Pall Enterprise System (PES) processes, with particular focus and support of the Procure to Pay/Production global process across Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP automation and process improvement initiatives.

  • Supports the enterprise in the adoption of new creative, innovative and ambitious solutions to meet the strategic challenges of tomorrow.

  • Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements of the ERP & other business systems based on a solid understanding of business requirements.

  • Analyze business needs, document requirements, build test scenarios and complete testing.

  • Provide end-user support for applications, own assigned tasks, demonstrate business knowledge, handle complex problems

  • Support new plant implementations of global template and any divestiture/mergers as required

  • Interface between IT, Global Business Process Leads and functional teams to ensure no service level disruption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or other analytical discipline or equivalent

  • Knowledge of supply planning, procurement and inventory management process functionality

  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP)

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience with partnering business stakeholders, building sustainable relationships and leveraging technology insights and decision criteria to drive solutions and strategies across the organization
