The process engineer for Cytiva is responsible for introducing new project, enlarge the site product family and capability.
This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineer located in Pall Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Establishing and standardlization manufacturing process routing, including improving current manufacture process;
Push DBS culture in the manufacture process, including the Kaizen event.
Work follow the compony strategy by introduce the new project loading down.
Set SAP technical routing, make up the working hour audit BOM, procedure, and work time.
Coordinate with other departments to solve production technical problems in site.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor degree or above in hydraulic or mechanical
Above 5 years experience in machinery plant is required
Knowledge of Lean conversion is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP usage experience,Skillful in CAD.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- 利用 DBS 工具，推进生产线的精益生产;
3.依据公司战略，推进公司新产品、新项目转移和落地 .
4.负责维护 SAP 产品工艺路线，制定产品制造工序标准工时，并对 BOM 、工序和工时进行审核；
5.与质量、技术等部门合作，分析解决现场生产技术问题.
